Bree and Donna (aka Kit Rocha) were kind enough to invite me to hang out with them this week to celebrate the launch of Chaos Reigning. The chat will be live-streamed on YouTube tomorrow night and the chat will be active so you can come ask questions! We’ll talk about CR, writing, their upcoming book (which is SO GOOD), and maybe my new series.

Two interviews with Jeffe Kennedy!

Jeffe and I were supposed to have an event at The Ripped Bodice next week to celebrate the release of CR and The Fiery Crown (which I’m so looking forward to!), but because of everything the event was canceled. :(

So instead of an in-person event, we did a virtual video event hosted by our mutual agent, Ms. Sarah! It’s available on The Ripped Bodice’s Instagram! And you can watch it in your browser if you don’t have an Instagram account. :)

Jeffe was also kind enough to have me on her First Cup of Coffee podcast last Friday, and she asked the best questions! You all read so fast! I can’t believe so many of you have already read Chaos Reigning! 😍 If you have questions or you just want to chat with other readers, this is the thread for you.

It’s a little weird to release a book right now, especially one called Chaos Reigning. It’s a little too on the nose for what’s happening in the world, but my Chaos is filled with hope and happiness and a HEA, and I hope it gives you a nice vacation from the real world for a little bit.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me for my debut trilogy! It’s because of your support that I get to work on a new series and keep doing this job that I love. Pitching something new can be a fraught thing in publishing, and I am incredibly lucky to be able to keep going—all thanks to you, my readers!

I hope you enjoy the conclusion to the Consortium Rebellion arc. I do have more stories I’d like to tell in this universe, but we’ll have to see what happens in the future. :) Next up, I’m still working on TQT and also the first book in the new series, which is set in a new universe.

But today I’m celebrating. :)

If you’ve preorder CR, I want to give you some goodies as a thank you, while supplies last!

If you want a print book, then I recommend buying from The Ripped Bodice (five left as of Tuesday), Love’s Sweet Arrow, or Mysterious Galaxy (new yesterday!).

Not only will you be supporting an independent bookstore, you’ll also get a bookmark, button, and signed bookplate (while supplies last). If you want a signed book, this is going to be your only option until the world is safer.

If you’ve preordered an ebook, a print book from another store, or requested that your library buy a copy of CR, then I’ll send you a sticker and bookmark along with a (very) brief note, while supplies last. Because I have no idea how many of you are going to respond, here is how I’m going to do it: you don’t have to send me proof of your preorder/library purchase request, but if you do, you’ll move into the verified line, and I’ll send out swag to the verified people first.

So if 20 people verify, I’ll send them swag first, even if 50 non-verified people responded faster. Then I’ll send the remaining swag to the 40 non-verified people, in a first come, first served order. If 80 people are verified, the first 60 will get swag in first come, first served order.
